Lychee Swimwear tries to be as authentic, accurate and detailed as possible. Lychee Swimwear’ s product may not be error-free. If a product offered by Lychee Swimwear itself is not as described, you can return it in unused condition.


Orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days and then shipped the method of your choice. International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Lychee Swimwear. We ship by:

International Priority Mail  $4-$12 (without a tracking number, with a signature on collection). It takes 14+ business days to deliver.

USPS $4 It takes 7+ business days to deliver.

Global Express $12 (with a tracking number and a signature on collection). It takes 7+ business days to deliver.

DHL Worldwide Express $20-$25 shipping. It takes 2-5 business days to deliver. Please remember to provide us with your phone number to facilitate DHL courier a contact with you.

Please note: Customers are solely responsible for eventual duties and local taxes. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.


Returns need to be received within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. When sending back the product all tags must be attached. If the product was worn, washed or is damaged it cannot be returned. No returns on items from Sale. 

Bundle Return & Exchange Promise Bundle purchases can be returned in accordance with our Return and Exchange Promise. If you are unsatisfied with an individual item you purchased as part of bundle package, you may also return that item separately. 

If you return an item bought as part of a bundle or with a promotional discount and you do not return everything, not to worry. We will reimburse you for what you do return, minus the value of the discount or freebie.

Refunds for items returned within 30 days of delivery date will be credited to your credit card account via PayPal. Refunds exclude shipping/handling costs. The shipping refunds exception is a Manufacturer’s defect. Please return the suit by International Priority Mail.
You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Lychee Swimwear.

Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, Lychee Swimwear is unable to refund such duty or taxes.

We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges. Please be sure to have proof of shipping and a tracking number.
